What are your options with Microsoft Teams?
In September 2017, Microsoft announced that Teams would be replacing Skype for Business Online as its platform for cloud voice. Despite this announcement, we’ve found that many customers are still holding back from migrating from Skype for Business or any legacy PBX to Teams. Why? There are two fundamental reasons:
- Organisations are hesitant to migrate their entire work fleet from traditional PBX to the cloud in one sweep.
- As Teams continues to evolve, the platform is still lacking certain prerequisite functionality, such as its voice capabilities.
